Compensation

  • SERVPRO utilizes a “market-driven” compensation plan to ensure employees receive competitive pay.
  • SERVPRO utilizes a “pay for performance” practice, providing employees the opportunity to earn pay increases, bonuses (for most salaried employees) and promotions based on exceptional performance and not seniority.

Benefits

  • BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee PPO health care coverage, prescription drug and mail service prescription program. SERVPRO pays 90% of the premiums for employee coverage and voluntary dependent coverage is available via payroll deduction. Eligibility begins on the first of the month following one month after the employee’s start date.
  • BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee dental coverage. Voluntary coverage is available for employees and dependents on the first of the month following one month after the employee’s start date. After two years of credited service, SERVPRO pays 100% of the premiums for employee coverage.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent care and External Premium Reimbursement programs allow employees to pay for out-of-pocket health care expenses using pretax dollars - for you and your eligible dependents.

  • SERVPRO Profit Sharing Program. On a quarterly basis, SERVPRO allocates 1.25% of pretax income to all eligible employees, regardless of their position.
